WOW !!

I did not realize that I haven't posted since January!! That is just crazy. Life has been crazy we have finished school and had a birthday party since I last posted. I am still alive and have been busy working with the cricut this weekend. Here are a couple of photos of things I have done.

I made myself a key chain and and made this bag for a baby shower I have tomorrow. I am also in the process of making a diaper cake for the shower but I am taking a break for a few because my fingers are hurting from the rubber bands. I hope you enjoy your Saturday and I will post the pictures of the diaper cake when I finish!

I need

PROFESSIONAL HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This happens atleast ONCE a year. This is the craft/scrapbook/computer room. This is also the room that when you need to clean quickly and aren't sure where something goes it gets thrown in here and you have to dig it out later..so shortly I will be working on this.

50th Birthday

So last weekend I helped one of my best friends throw a surprise 50th Birthday party for her mom. I made a plate for the party for everyone to sign as a keepsake and then the necklace was her gift. We are in Tuscaloosa ,AL the home of the Alabama Crimson Tide so houndstooth is everywhere here. Thanks for looking.

Burlap

I saw this burlap wreath over at http://tatertotsandjello.blogspot.com/ and fell in with it. I want to try this..I think it would be so cute with an inital in the center.

Brrr...

So this is a fire we made tonight in our fire place and this is the first time since we have lived here. Oh did I mention we have been in this house for 8 years. Yes I said 8 years. It is very cold outside but now it's a little bit warmer inside. Hope everyone stays warm!!!

I found this over at plaid web site http://www.plaidonline.com/apFolkArt-Outdoor.asp. It could be used a cake stand or any kind of tabel centerpiece and would not be expensive to make. This makes me ready for spring time. Hope everyone has a good New Year's Eve and a great New Year.
